JiDing had designed more than 1000 sets of mirror or texture molds for customers. Now its one cycle heating and cooling mold temperature machine has developed into its 7th generation also.

1.Make plastic part structure more sturdy,stress tolerance and falling tolerance,after eliminating flow mark,vent mark and welding line on product surface.
2.Eliminate rich fiber on product surface made by fiber glass material,can reach Mirror effect of fiber glass material product and strength its hardness and anti-scartching(PC+50%GF Applicable)
3.Eliminate welding line,vent mark and improve stress marks on textured surface,and reach more clear and natural texture under even mold temperature.
4.Rapid temperature rising and cooling inside mold may improve or eliminate rib mark,stress mark and inner stress mark,and so on.

Our engineering team has 20 years experience on mold design & manufacturing and plastic injection production. we have many success total solution cases abroad, such as vacuum cleaner, air conditioner and game station players and stands and so on.
In 2008, Antony Chang, Comapany director start R&D of mirror effect & texture molds design and manufacturing,he had led a company to design and manufacture molds for more than 10 years, .
In 2009, Company developed its first mirror effect mold and began to invest in making improvement and testify one cycle rapid heating and rapid cooling mold temperature controlling machine, and foud our improved machines ran better than import machines.
From 2012 to 2016, Company developed more machines for its injection production lines, solving many plastic parts quality issues and got high praise among customers.
by the end of 2016, a new rapid heating and rapid cooling mold temperature controlling machine came into being, the machine is with safe,energy saving, environment protection properties.
